I only ship to the US (this includes all 50 states and APO boxes even though they are kind of a pain) and Canada. I hope to offer international shipping someday!

Shipping Costs

Typically shipping ranges from $8-$16 depending on the piece. Most often shipping is $12 for a mug.

Shipping to Canada is $30 flat rate. I do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping for stickers is $5 flat rate. I know it’s annoying, but it’s the cheapest that I can possibly send your order with tracking info.

Timeline

All orders are processed and packaged entirely by me, (plus some occasional supervision from Nitro and Mocha) and my good friend Linneah (aka Special Treat Ceramics) who helps me sometimes. I am grateful for your patience! I typically try to have orders shipped within 7 days, but it can take more or less depending on how many packages I am shipping at one time.

Combining Orders

I am more than happy to combine orders!! If you were able to purchase more than one item that are shipping to the same location, I will combine the orders to ship together in the same box. Please send me an email with the subject line “COMBINE ORDERS” and list the order numbers you wish to combine.

Packaging

I try my best to use as many re-purposed materials as possible in my shipping process, sourced from a variety of other people and businesses. Packing peanuts, paper, bubble wrap, and whatever else I can get my hands on. This means that your package contents may not be the most “aesthetically pleasing” but is my small effort to lower waste, and helps keep my shipping costs lower as well.

Damaged Parcel Claims

I pack all of my orders with the greatest possible care, and very rarely have issues with shipping. HOWEVER, every so often a package will arrive damaged. How do we move forward? Please email me right away!
I will of course get you either a replacement piece, or a refund depending on your preference, but will need a few things from you in order to process my shipping insurance claim.

- A photo of the box where the shipping label is visible
- A photo of the box including its contents (aka the packaging materials)
